Stacy Hirsch serves as Community Director, overseeing daily operations and ensuring resident satisfaction. She has more than 30 years of experience in operations, marketing, sales, and life enrichment within the senior services industry. Throughout her career, Stacy has been dedicated to enhancing the lives of older adults and fostering vibrant, engaging community environments. She has spent more than half of her professional career serving at Siena on Brendenwood, where her leadership and commitment have helped create exceptional resident experiences.

In addition to her extensive hands-on experience, Stacy has pursued years of continuing education focused on aging services, independent and assisted living operations, dementia care, and person-centered approaches to supporting older adults. Her deep understanding of the unique needs of the senior population enables her to provide compassionate leadership and advocate for programs and services that promote dignity, independence, and quality of life. Combining operational expertise with a genuine passion for senior care, Stacy is dedicated to fostering a supportive and enriching environment for residents, families, and team members alike.

Director of Building & Grounds Maintenance

Steve Hirsch, Director of Building & Grounds Maintenance, oversees the Maintenance, Housekeeping, and Security departments. With more than 30 years of experience, Steve has dedicated his entire professional career to Siena on Brendenwood. His versatility and commitment to service make him an invaluable resource for supporting the needs of the community.

Steve's expertise spans a wide range of maintenance disciplines, including carpentry, electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, preventative maintenance, and general building repairs. His extensive knowledge of the community's buildings, grounds, and infrastructure enables him to effectively maintain and enhance the property while ensuring a safe, comfortable, and well-cared-for environment for residents and staff. Steve's hands-on experience and deep understanding of the community make him a vital contributor to Siena on Brendenwood's daily operations and long-term success.

Dining Services Director

Christine brings more than 30 years of senior living service experience to her role. As Dining Services Director, she oversees the daily operations of the Dining Services Department, ensuring exceptional service and a positive dining experience for every resident.

Throughout her career, Christine has developed a deep compassion for the aging population and a genuine commitment to enhancing the quality of life for seniors. She understands that dining is about more than just food—it is an opportunity for connection, comfort, dignity, and enjoyment. Her resident-centered approach allows her to recognize and respond to the unique needs, preferences, and challenges that often accompany aging, including dietary restrictions, changing appetites, and the importance of social engagement.

Senior Accountant

Melanie joins our team as a Senior Accountant. Her passion for accounting began in March 2020 when she joined a small company specializing in equipment and gear for firefighters and first responders. Transitioning into this role during the pandemic inspired her to complete her Bachelor's degree in Business from the University of Phoenix.

Melanie has held accounting-focused positions across a variety of industries. These diverse experiences have provided her with a well-rounded skill set, strong attention to detail, and a willingness to learn and adapt in any environment. While much of her work takes place behind the scenes, Melanie especially enjoys assisting community members one-on-one with their questions and supporting her colleagues. Her commitment to service and teamwork makes her a valued member of our organization.

Community Relations Coordinator

Deanna Odarczenko is the Community Relations Coordinator at Siena on Brendenwood, where she is passionate about helping older adults and their families navigate the transition to senior living with confidence and peace of mind. With several years of experience in the senior living industry, Deanna has developed a strong understanding of the unique needs of seniors and the resources available to support them throughout the aging journey.

Deanna has previous senior living experience having served as Assistant Director of an independent senior living community and has worked as a Case Manager for a Rockford-area caregiving agency. These roles provided valuable experience coordinating care, supporting families, and building relationships with healthcare professionals and community partners. Her diverse background allows her to guide prospective residents with both compassion and expertise, helping them find solutions that promote independence, safety, and quality of life.

Life Enrichment Coordinator

Mary Brouer serves our community as the Life Enrichment Coordinator. She has found a meaningful career serving the aging population and is passionate about enhancing the lives of our community members. Mary strives to bring not only joy and fun to the programs she offers, but also a sense of purpose, engagement, and fulfillment to every resident.

Mary is exceptionally versatile and plays an integral role throughout the community. Her genuine passion for the community shines through in every interaction, helping others discover the opportunities, friendships, and fulfilling lifestyle that make Siena on Brendenwood such a special place to call home.
