Siena on Brendenwood is proud to partner with Visiting Angels of Rockford to provide community members with additional support and personalized assistance when needed. Their goal is to help residents remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their homes within the Siena community.

Visiting Angels is recognized for its superior service and has earned nationally recognized awards for outstanding client satisfaction.

Care Services Available

Visiting Angels offers two levels of care designed to meet a variety of needs:

Task-Based Care

Task-Based Care is ideal for community members who need minimal assistance with specific daily activities. A caregiver performs designated tasks at scheduled times.

Available seven days a week, from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

Services included; but not limited to:

Dressing assistance
Medication reminders
Laundry
Mail assistance
Bedding service
Meal preparation
Meal delivery
Rise & Shine assistance
Incontinence care
Shower assistance
Tuck-In service
Community escort
Tidy-up services
Safety checks
Exercise assistance

Hourly Care

Hourly Care is available for community members who require more comprehensive support during the day or night. Services may include living assistance, personal care, and advanced support services.

Service options include:

Regularly scheduled visits with a minimum of two 2-hour visits per week
Visits of 3 or more hours
24-hour shift care

Community Support Services

In addition to providing resident care, Visiting Angels supports daily operations at Siena on Brendenwood through the following programs:

Emergency Alert Response
“I'm OK” Checks
Weekly Blood Pressure Clinic
Fit For Life Exercise Class (offered five days per week)
